Posted on 18th June 2023

Before You Begin

Before you upgrade to Mojave, you should first back up your Mac using Time Machine. This will ensure that you can always revert back to your current version of macOS in case you encounter any problems with the upgrade process.

You should also check to see if your Mac is compatible with Mojave. Mojave requires a Mac that was released in mid-2012 or later, with the exception of the 2010 and 2012 Mac Pro models. You can check your Mac’s model and year by going to the “About This Mac” section in the System Preferences.
