In the past, Microsoft Outlook used to have a feature called the Voting Buttons. This feature allowed users to send out emails with options and then the recipients could click on the option that they wanted. The Voting Buttons feature is no longer available in Microsoft Outlook on Windows 11. However, there is a way to still use Voting Buttons in Microsoft Outlook on Windows 11.
To use Voting Buttons in Microsoft Outlook on Windows 11, you will need to use Microsoft Word. Microsoft Word has a feature called the Survey feature. The Survey feature in Microsoft Word allows you to create a survey with multiple choice questions. Once you have created the survey in Microsoft Word, you can then insert the survey into an email in Microsoft Outlook. The recipients of the email will be able to click on the option that they want and then the results of the survey will be sent back to you.
To create a survey in Microsoft Word, open Microsoft Word and click on the “Insert” tab. In the “Insert” tab, click on the “Survey” button.
In the “Create Survey” window, give your survey a name and then click on the “Create” button.
In the “Question” text box, type in the question that you want to ask the recipients of the email. In the “Choices” text box, type in the choices that the recipients can choose from. You can add as many choices as you want. Once you are done, click on the “OK” button.
After you have created the survey, click on the “Insert” tab and then click on the “Object” button. In the “Object” window, select the “Create from file” option and then click on the “Browse” button.
Navigate to the location of the Microsoft Word document that you saved the survey in and then select the document. After you have selected the document, click on the “Insert” button.
The survey will now be inserted into the email. You can now add a message to the email and then send it to the recipients. The recipients of the email will be able to click on the option that they want and then the results of the survey will be sent back to you.
