The Color Temperature slider lets you adjust the color of the display. The colder (bluer) the display, the easier it will be on your eyes. The warmer (yellower) the display, the easier it will be to read text.
The tint color is the color that will be used to tint the display when Night Shift is on. You can choose from a variety of different colors, or you can tap Color Temperature to have the display automatically adjust the tint color based on the color temperature.
If you want, you can have Night Shift turn on automatically when the battery level of your device drops below a certain level. To do this, tap Low Battery Saver and then choose a battery level.
If you have an iPhone with an OLED display, such as the iPhone X, XS, or XS Max, you can turn on Dark Mode. Dark Mode inverts the colors of the display, making it easier on your eyes. To turn on Dark Mode, tap Dark Mode and then tap the button to the right of Dark Mode.
You can also turn on Dark Mode by swiping down from the top-right corner of the display to open Control Center and tapping the Dark Mode button.
Assuming you have an iPhone 14:

To do this, tap the From and To fields.
Then, use the pickers to set the times.
When you are finished, tap Done.
