How to uninstall Affinity V1 software

If you’re on a Windows 10 machine, here’s how to uninstall Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer:
1. Go to the Start menu and type in “Add or remove programs.”
2. Find “Affinity Photo” or “Affinity Designer” in the list of installed programs.
3. Click “Uninstall” and follow the prompts to complete the process.
4. Once the program has been uninstalled, you can delete the remaining files by going to the following directories and deleting the “Affinity Photo” or “Affinity Designer” folder:
C:Program Files
C:Program Files (x86)
C:Users[your username]AppDataLocal
C:Users[your username]AppDataRoaming
5. Finally, restart your computer to complete the uninstall process.
If you’re on a Windows 11 machine, the process is slightly different:
1. Go to the Start menu and type in “Add or remove programs.”
2. Find “Affinity Photo” or “Affinity Designer” in the list of installed programs.
3. Click “Uninstall” and follow the prompts to complete the process.
4. Once the program has been uninstalled, you can delete the remaining files by going to the following directories and deleting the “Affinity Photo” or “Affinity Designer” folder:

To uninstall Affinity v1 software on Mac, first open the Finder and then click on the
Applications folder. -
In the Applications folder, scroll through the list of installed applications until you
find Affinity. -
Once you have located Affinity, click on it and then drag it to the Trash.

In the Confirm window that opens, click on the Delete button to confirm
that you want to uninstall Affinity. -
Once the uninstall process is complete, click on the Empty Trash button.

To uninstall Affinity v1 software on Linux, first open the Terminal.

In the Terminal, type in the following command and then press the Enter
key:sudo rm -rf /opt/affinity
This command will delete the Affinity folder and all of its files.
