How to Use the Planned Smart List in Microsoft To Do on Windows 11

To access the Planned Smart List, click the three dots in the top right corner of the Microsoft To Do window and select “Planned Smart List.”

The Planned Smart List shows you all of the tasks and to-dos that are due today, as well as any tasks and to-dos that are due in the next seven days. You can also see any tasks and to-dos that are overdue.

In the “Add File” window, you will need to browse for the file that you want to add. Once you have found the file, click on the “Open” button.

Your new file will now appear in the Planned Smart List. To open the file, click on the “Open” button. To delete the file, click on the “Delete” button.

You can also add links to a task. To do this, click on the “Add Link” button.

In the “Add Link” window, you will need to enter the URL of the link, the name of the link, and any notes that you want to include. Once you have entered all of the information, click on the “Add Link” button.

Your new link will now appear in the Planned Smart List. To open the link, click on the “Open” button. To delete the link, click on the “Delete” button.

You can also add notes to a task. To do this, click on the “Add Note” button.

In the “Add Note” window, you will need to enter the text of the note. Once you have entered the text, click on the “Add Note” button.

Your new note will now appear in the Planned Smart List. To edit the note, click on the “Edit” button. To delete the note, click on the “Delete” button.

You can also add reminders to a task. To do this, click on the “Add Reminder” button.
